Presented by ArtUnion to benefit Concord Point Lighthouse and various cultural art projects.

SHOW DATE: Saturday, October 18 & Sunday, October 19 2025 (RAIN OR SHINE)
LOCATION: Tydings Memorial Park and Concord Point Park, Havre de Grace, MD 21078
TIME: 10 am- 5 pm Saturday, October 18 & Sunday October 19 2024 (must be fully set up by 9:00 am)
AWARDS: Monetary and/or Ribbon Awards Totaling Over $1500
Must be cashed within 30 days or forfeited.
Application Fees and deadlines:
College Art Major –verified $60 per 10’x10′ space
Student Application Fee: No charge must upload birth certificate (file 5)
College Application fee: $60 per space Art Majors only, must upload transcripts (file 5)
Space size: 10’x10’ multiple spaces available charged per space
Accepted Applications: Will be notified by email within 30 days of receipt with further instructions
Rejected Applications: Will be notified by email within 30 days of receipt and application fee (less than $25 administration fee) will be returned by check via U.S. Postal Service.

Must attach 4 current hi-res photos of your work in our contact form, one must show you creating your art.

CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF APPLICATION RECEIPT; THOSE NOT ACCEPTED WILL HAVE APPLICATION FEE LESS $25.00 HANDLING FEE RETURNED VIA U.S. MAIL.
REFUNDS: This is a rain or shine event and the fee is non refundable. Refunds will only be issued If the show cancels for any reason, a check in the amount of your registration fee less a $25.00 handling fee will be issued within 30 DAYS AFTER OCTOBER 19, 2025
SHOW RULES: Open to all artists and craftsmen. ORIGINAL WORK ONLY OR LIMITED EDITIONS PRODUCED FROM THESE ORIGINALS IN ANY MEDIA BY THE EXHIBITOR. NO WHOLESALE OR RESALE ALLOWED. VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL RESULT IN EXPULSION. SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES WILL APPLY IF MANDATED BY THE STATE.
SALES TAX: No commission will be levied – State Sales Tax is applicable and the responsibility of the exhibitor. Contact Maryland Retail Sales Tax Office for information on temporary permit.
Space size: 10’x10’ multiple spaces available charged per space
Setup: Friday, October 17 from noon to 5 pm and Saturday, October 18 from 6 to 9 am. Setup must be completed by 9 am Saturday.
Canopies are to be weighted, not staked due to the park irrigation system. Display materials are not supplied.
Loading and unloading will be the exhibitor’s responsibility. Vehicles will not be allowed on park grounds. No dismantling prior to 5pm Saturday.
Space numbers available at check-in beginning Friday, October 17th at noon.

I hereby agree, ArtUnion, Friends of Concord Point Lighthouse, the City of Havre de Grace, and the Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation are not responsible for personal injuries, loss or damage to myself or any property. I will agree to truthfully answer COVID questions and have temperature check prior to admittance to set up for show. If accepted, my signature on the application accepts all of the above rules and authorizes use of my photos and/or slides for promotional use unless otherwise stated.
